Bonnie B. Willis has a B.A. in Psychology from Harvard University and an M.A. in Organizational Psychology from Teachers College of Columbia University. She is an accomplished & inspirational learning & development leader with 10+ years of experience in the area of learning & development and change management strategies, addressing organizational opportunities to improve people performance and operational efficiency. She has worked with such companies as Accenture, AT&T, Cox Communications, Deloitte & Touche, and Pfizer.

Bonnie believes that in order to have meaning in the workplace one must take into account the person as a whole. For her, "employers will never inspire or achieve great things from their teams without recognizing that they must engage their teams as holistic people not simply workers.”

Bonnie is a devoted wife, proud mother, and avid volunteer in her community. She is also a featured columnist in The Citizen newspaper where she writes on current events.
