She is an accomplished & inspirational learning & development leader with 10+ years of experience in the area of learning & development and change management strategies, addressing organizational opportunities to improve people performance and operational efficiency. She has worked with such companies as Accenture, AT&T, Cox Communications, Deloitte & Touche, and Pfizer.
Bonnie believes that in order to have meaning in the workplace one must take into account the person as a whole. For her, "employers will never inspire or achieve great things from their teams without recognizing that they must engage their teams as holistic people not simply workers.”
